Sx:

- He thinks the eczema may be coming from the cleaning products used on the mats and floors at his yoga studio, but the hives are unexplained.
- His diet is very restrictive and any time he strays from it (potlucks, parties, restaurants) he finds himself experiencing gas, bloating, diarrhea/ “quick evacuation” and hives on his inner arms, inner wrists, inner thighs, and backs of his knees.
Hx:
- He is vegan and has been on a highly restrictive diet that is gluten free, dairy free, soy and corn free, sugar free for the past 3 years.
- He practices intermittent fasting and starts every day with warm lemon water.
Other:
- He is a yoga teacher and teaches 3-4 hot yoga classes daily.
- He lives in a small apartment in a highly populated neighborhood of NYC. It is a mixed “industrial/ commercial” area.
- There is a dry cleaner and a high end artist’s paint store a few doors down from his apartment.
He lives on a highly trafficked road.
He is very committed to his health and resolving his skin and digestive problems as they are affecting his life.
He would prefer to operate on as low of a budget as possible as he is “stretched thin” already. If necessary he can borrow money from family.
