CC: Low sex drive, ejaculation takes a long time, low energy/motivation, abdominal weight gain
Sx: Weight gain, lack of motivation. He is not keeping his muscular tone or physique as easily. He is finding that his ejaculation takes a long time and makes having sex a “whole long ordeal.”
Other:
- He is a relatively healthy man.
- He is on a low carb diet, aside from beer which he enjoys one a night, sometimes 2 on the weekends.
- He goes to the gym 2x a week, once for a cardio workout and once for a weight workout.
- He and his wife are both very busy and moderately stressed. They are both exhausted in the evenings and frequently end up falling asleep on the couch or going to bed separately.
- He wonders whether his partner is satisfied and feels self conscious about the time it takes him to ejaculate.
- This man would like to improve his libido, metabolism, and mood. He is willing to make dietary changes, undergo a supplement or HRT treatment plan, and interested in lifestyle modifications.
